Take everyones advice and don't move in here. There is a reason why they offer the first month rents free! Once the management team gets you in your stuck. I've lived here over two months now, and I've had nothing but poor service and complaints. The first day that I moved in here our carpets were soaking wet like the carpet cleaners cleaned them the night before. There was a nasty smell as well. Both bathroom showers did not work properly. The stove was, and is broke. There is a huge bug issue here also. I was told by the rental office that these issues would be taken care of fast. Hmmm lets see its been over two months and things are still not fixed. I came home last week to my front door jammed, and it seemed liked it was broken into. Management could have cared less about my safety, nor my families. The maintenance team as lost my keys twice now, so who knows who has keys to my home. Just two weeks ago we had new neighbors move above us. They are loud and very disrespectful tenants. I have had to make several complaints to management as well as call the police, as my children cant sleep at night. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. The The Breeden Company just took over management of this apt. complex. I have not seen any change! PERIOD do yourself and your family a favor, and refrain from moving here. Rent is $850, pay any extra $100 and move into either a house, or better apt complex!
