We strive to provide the best customer service for our residents at Tech Center Square. We apologize for any issues or inconveniences you may have had during your time with us. We have a 24 hour maintenance guarantee so if your work order is not responded to within a 24 hour time period we offer a $25 visa gift card. We encourage you to come in and speak with the office staff if you have any concerns and we will do everything we can to assist you. I can understand how frustrating moving can be and the expenses that are associated with it. Our water bills are on a 30-45 day delay when you move in and you are not billed until your 2nd or 3rd full month of renting. This results in a final water bill at move out that charges the remainder of the time you lived here. Thank you for being valued residents here at Tech Center Square Apartments, and we wish you well in all your future endeavors.
