SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

I wish you would have come to the office to talk to me. I only had a couple people move in during the last 30 days as we have been very full. I know who you are and am a little confused as your husband tells us nothing is a big deal and it isn't what I am hearing here. As always, anyone unhappy can exercise the 30 day satisfaction guarantee to break their lease. When you moved it, it was the days of snow and we immediately took care of your issue. You had what you thought was a malfunctioning rear porch light bulb turn out to be a bulb that take a second to heat up. There wasn't a short. The bulb at your counter was broken, not the electrical. We were unaware the past tenant used their own washer and dryer and when they replaced the equipment with ours, they didn't hook it back up. The false panel was originally secure....not sure what happened with that, but it was immediately fixed. Because you moved in at the time of snow, the property manager who wasn't able to move you in was also unable to walk the apartment, but the home was very trouble free during every inspection of the home. We have made ourselves available every time you call or email and maintenance has been very responsive and taken care of any issue. We only have 4 work orders from your move in on file, if there is something we have missed that has been constantly breaking, please email me directly, [email protected] and if you aren't happy, we want you to be. That has always been the way we like to handle things. Your husband says you all were happy, so if that isn't the case, let me know!!
We are happy that YOU are happy!! We strive for exceptional customer service, so please do let us know if you ever feel that you have received less than that!! We did clear a path after the snow fell, if we miss a spot in the future please let us know so we can take care of it. We recognize that pet owners and smokers have not been responsible and we have addressed it. Everyone is educated at move in about this. It is unfortunate that we have the issue, but we are being proactive in trying to prevent it. We do offer emergency maintenance 24 / 7. Most work orders are reported Monday through Friday, so if it is an emergency, you can get maintenance out on the weekend. As the property manager, I really appreciate your feedback and will use it to make everyone's stay better. We have been waiting for parts for multiple machines to be fixed. Some of our residents are very tough on the gym equipment and we do our best to get the equipment fixed right away. Parts have been on order for awhile and should be fixed soon! Thank you for your valued feedback!
