Great location to naval bases. Sizes of the apartments are great. Outside is kept clean. Things are fixed promptly. Maintenance team is always respectful. Will be returning in the future. Will recommend to a friend!

I like living here -- it's staff are friendly & helpful -- it's a pretty quiet community close to both navy bases. Most of the other residents keep up themselves but if you need help you can get it from a neighbor. See More

Quiet, kid friendly and located close to many things, stores, restaurants and a beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool is clean and staffed with a lifeguard which is a big plus. Parking is also enforced as well. See More

So far loving and enjoying new apartment . Plenty of space for items, minimal noise. Feel safe with lighted are when coming in from work. Grounds are nice and clean and free from trash and debris. Salt put down for safety after snow storm/ice !
