Military members be aware of hidden charges such as a 200 dollar "move-in" fee. The building is very modern and looks really nice when its not leaking or the ground floor flooded. I've lived here for 4 months and construction workers have been here all 4 months. Due to construction, one of the two entrances are constantly closed off, sideway roped off, equipment or construction worker vehicles occupying limited parking spaces and workers constantly heard walking throughout the building. Communication from front office is poor unless its to advise you of some type upcoming inconvenience such as, prolonged water outage or parking restriction. One water outage was not announced, so I went to the gym and came home to no running water. Calls to the front office are mostly filtered through to a third party off cite personnel that consistently ask you for all your information as if there is no data base, only to tell you that they can not help you and will have someone contact you from the office. Office management and personnel do not follow their own protocol such as, ensuring tenants have established an gas account before moving as stated on the welcome aboard memo. Residents Portal app is unless since it doesn't display any of your documents and management do not reply to messages via the app. Other than that, the location is very convenient and the building looks really nice! Lastly, I've noticed that you can't submit disapproving reviews via their website.
