My experience at pepperwood has been the worst experience Of my life. The neighborhood it's self is great but the staff inside the rental office is very unprofessional and very rude. The property manager inside the office need to be changed once that happen the apartment would be a great apartment to live at. Other than that it would be a constant battle with the rental office. Theresa always want to be right she always talk over people and she is very rude. I recommend another apartment unless you can deal with the constant battle..
