An overall good experience so far. Wonderful common spaces, including the lobby, lounge, pool, gym, and other outdoor areas. The unit is as expected and everything has worked perfectly so far. The lobby and lounge in particular are beautiful and cozy spaces to spend time in. The only complaint I can fathom is that while I have never heard my next-door neighbors (not even once), I seem to hear a lot from my upstairs neighbor (foot steps). Maybe they're just heavy walkers that like slamming their heels down, because I haven't heard this complaint from others in the building.
