This is an updated review. I've never been happier to exit a property. When I first moved in I was one of the first residents and apparently Bozzuto had their A team present. Excellent staff, Prompt and courteous responses to maintenance issues - being brand new some stuff is expected to arise and it was all taken care of in a very timely manner. Fast forward to one month before I was set to move out: Staff is suddenly rude. Noise complaints are ignored "I tried to call them but they didn't answer". The garage has been broken into 2 times and they didn't alert residents for 3 days! First time I happened to notice there was an unprogrammed key from my glove box in my ignition, so I alerted them. Second time I was out of town and only found out when my dog walker let me know. Despite insisting that they were cleaning extra during this coronavirus time I've seen trash sit on the carpets for weeks - which makes me feel really safe. Cleaned the knobs on the stove and their paint flaked off - "that'll be $75.00". They also continently lost my move in inspection form which led to a $200 charge for a broken door - which I noted on the move in form. Unfortunately I hadn't kept my copy. The dog park is constantly covered in dog crap and they don't clean - if it wasn't for the super dog walker who lived there it would never be cleaned. Living under a bridge would be better than living at a Bozzuto managed property.
