If you like the sound of people bowling upstairs, you'll love this place! (I know they're not bowling, but it sure sounds like it.) Amenities are great ...when management decides you're allowed to use them. The pool is almost always closed, the common areas are either reserved for events, you're not allowed to walk to the gym when a party is going on, and the garage doors are almost always broken. The staff is condescending, even when THEY lose your rent check (or the post office didn't deliver it properly), and someone stole one of our boxes (the one with every necktie, belt, and pair of sunglasses I own) as we were moving out. Other than that, it's a great place to spend a year. (BTW don't stay more than a year or else your rent will increase by a few hundred dollars.)
