Utilities are way too high, I was shown a model of what the apartment would look like when I moved in it was completely different the rooms seemed smaller . I asked why it was so different I was told it wasn't that it was exactly the same. Trust me it wasn't! Do not call their cable representatives they are not that helpful. The office staff is very friendly and get done requests within timely manner. I didn't like the gates being open for so long any one could get in. When leaving it takes forever for it to open I always end up using the remote to open it. The kids park is very small. No swings.
