This is an update to the issue I posted concerning smoking. We still have the problem though management sent "a letter". In the past month we had to purchase and air purifier for my bedroom, installed magnetic vent covers and I now have to wear a mask when using "my bathroom. My bed now sits in the middle of the living room. You could say "open a window" but my bedroom does not have one, only a door leading to the balcony and if I leave that open bugs are sure to come in. The offending smoker(s) are now spaying a heavily scented perfumed product every time they smoke. I could move to a different unit but "why" should "I" move - I am not the offending party! This should be dealt with by management. This building was given a Gold Leed Award they need to act!

    We are having serious issues with smokers in the building. It comes into our apartment even though this is "supposed" to be a non smoking building. We cannot catch the offending folks and all that management says is: "When it happens call either the leasing office or the concierge and they will come up and investigate. The smell will be gone by the time that takes place!

      There are some things that don't make sense. The shower floor is very slick and poses a danger of falls. There is not even one drawer in the bathroom, only cabinets. There is no light switch for the kitchen on the wall if you come out of the master bedroom - the only switch is near the front door and you have to go through the kitchen to get to it. When I asked maintenance how to clean these floors I was told just warm water - really?
