In general this is a fine apartment complex. However, the selfishness of the corporate ownership is evident by not crediting our rental amounts during the Covid-19 crisis for inability to use amenities. Even insurance companies realized that giving back some money was the right thing to do. Inability to use an item within the rental agreement wasn't anyone's fault. But, ownership collecting full rent when we cannot use everything IS indicative of a selfish, greedy mindset.
