Since moving in here in May, I have had my toilet and aeraters (sp?) replaced, then repaired because the sink aerator was put in wrong. My hot water heater leaked onto the switches and almost caught fire, my dryer died and took 3 weeks to replace, and I ended up recaulking my shower stall myself because of my "extended" experience with maintenance taking forever to complete a job. I like my apartment and its convenience, but I wish it was easier to talk to management without actually having to physically go over to the office to speak to someone.
