This is by far the rudest staff I've ever had to deal with. I recently moved out of these apt's mainly because I thought the staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. These people really don't care about the residents and your rent better be paid on time too because there is no grace period. They hardly ever answer the phone when you call. One day I was in the office about a issue and once I got back into my apt I realized I forgot the ask a question, I called back and no answer not only did they not answer for the rest of the day, I kept calling the next day and again no one answered the phone. The one lady that work in the office that was nice for some was fired. Before I moved they replaced her with this new lady who speaks to you like your getting on her last nerve and any question you ask is a stupid one.Also she'll tell you anything to get you off the phone. Maintenance are okay, they seem to get things done fairly quick unless your ac unit goes out then be prepared to die from a heat stoke. The bugs are out of control, spiders will take over in the spring and summer months. I had to purchased something out of Lowe's to spray outside my front door, patio door and around my apt. Also a few people I knew from my complex had major issues with black mold as well, which I couldn't understand because the apts are fairly new. The thing that irritated me the most was how they do inspections literally ever other month and they will give you notification on a Monday for inspection on that Thursday. And if you have broken blinds its $50 and maintenance will replace them and then bill you no questions asked, or also if your batteries in the smoke detectors are not working it's also a $50 charge...I will absolutely never recommend any one for these apts. I work extremely hard for my money and feel if I'm paying for something there should be some level of respect.
