I have lived in Oaks at Gayton for around 3 months. I would honestly state that cheaper is not always better. I have documents of noise disturbances since I moved in from neighbors. If you want to hear you neighbor take a shower, morning conversations, or simply walk from one room to the other this is the apartment complex to move in, Oaks at Gayton. The first time I called in and had a noise complaint the rental office sent over a maintenance worker. He came into the apartment and started knocking on my neighbors doors and stated "Your are disturbing your neighbor upstairs" Talk about discretion. Once again, if given the opportunity to pay more for less noise I would for a peace of mind.
