Watch out for the loop holes. Everything was fine until I moved out. That was when I found out the the contract was quite different than explained to me when I signed up for the apartment. I rented a smoking apartment only to find out that upon moving out they expected all traces of smoke to be removed. The picture of the rug in my apartment was a different color than the one I had.
