Rub for your life. New owners DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT MONEY. LEASING office staff has no clue how to run a complex and kids and drugs are taking over and my rent has increased 200 each year with the new robbers Oops owners. No upgrades no changes. Taken away car wash options/ has paid to build a new dog park that only 4 dogs go to and then paid to have it moved to the front of the street. No washers and dryers on site no help wirh anything but increase in rates. There are more vacancies than occupants. SO those of us that full rent no vouchers or assistance paying for vacancy short falls.

    I find it going down hill with trash and furniture lingering for months. Then it has not been anything done to benefit me in my apartment after a water leak for months. Then the rent increase is ridiculous. You increase if you are satisfied with your work not to make money off those of us that pay real rent no vouchers or section 8. There is no level of control over the solicitor.

      The apartments are a nice size and they are located in an area that is very great for new people to the area. The community is not bad in consideration to the areas that you enter from the Midlothian side based on appearance.

        Thanks for noting the extra space of our floorplans. Being so convenient to Route 76 off Jahnke Road makes our quiet corner spot perfect for most any trip around town! And being this close to a hospital means we are on the snow plow pathways and we don't lose power as often as others. It's all these small things that add up to being the perfect location.         Community is nice to a degree for the direct neighborhood, and as costly as the rent amount is. There are some concerns with the various parking issues as well as the random cats that are everywhere. If there was a little more emphasis on the direct upgrade in all the apartments that would really be a change.

          The community is located in a good area - however in my opinion for the cost to those of us that pay full real rent its a bit expensive for older apartments and everything is additional and always added charges for everything and its average 4x times the cost actual cost with COVID-19 being in affect I feel as though there should be consideration especially for those of us in the front line daily. Do we get any breaks. It would truly be appreciated .

Our company has actually put several programs in place to assist those who have been hurt financially due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we are working diligently to assist our residents with rent relief grant applications when needed. The programs we have found have helped many of our residents and we would be happy to share these with you as well!             The experience this far has been ok. The apartments are well built - carpet is old even if new and the community is improving continually. Still dissatisfied with the riff- raff leading into your direct living community and ROAMING CATS.

              It has been a nice experience, except that there are huge CATS being fed with paper plates directly outside of my building. Which was not what I expected. This survey would not allow me to exit without typing more words.
