Too many car break ins. Not enough cameras nor security for a high crime area. Police within one block of building but never even drive around here. Beautiful apartments though just wish there was a sense of security.

The community is quiet. The property is kept clean on a day to day basis. Maintenance does a good job. Office staff is professional and knowledgeable. . I have Nothing else to mention or add at this time.

So far I haven't had any complaints other than the heating situation I only lived there a month. The garbage situation could be better. Sometimes the garbage room is backed up with garbage. Also some people on my floor be littering.

The office staff is great. Marcie isWonderful. But an extra maintenance person is needed very much, very much to address the small problems. The location is close to great eateries,entertainment, parks and grocery stores and The Concord is on the bus line, very convient location. .

I find comcord on the north to be a nice place to live and call home .The manager Ms marcy makes you feel at home and shes also concerned about the tenants well being .Any concerns shes on it .Friendly and professional .

I really like living here at the Concord at the beginning, I moved in 2001, But as time went by the atmosphere in and around the building changed. Some of the people that live here have no respect for themselves or others, The constant smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke as you walk down the halls are endless, People hanging out in the courtyard making noise and acting like teenagers , roaches running down the halls and up the walls, what a shame to see a nice building like the Concord go to this in just 2 years, the office manager is a very nice and professional lady who I think does her best to take care of issues that are brought to her attention but there is only so much she can do because these people are grown and just refuse to follow the rules and regulations regarding smoking and other issues, I have decided to move on away from this community even though I love my Apartment I can't stand the smell of cigarettes and marijuana smoke and roaches running down the halls any longer, I feel some type of way about leaving this kind of review but its the truth and I'm sure that's what people want when looking for a new home.

The Concord is always clean and well kept.. Maintenance is prompt about any issues pertaining to all and any you need assistance with them. Management is always available to assist however and whenever needed in whatever manner pertaining to our housing and see it's running properly.. The Concord has washer and dryer appliances , full kitchen , lots of cabinet space ..The floors and cabinets are easy to maintain..Bathroom has a Shower or Tub some have both. The Concord has a Community room where we gather to have Events etc. Bingo or Party's.. Whatever residents choose to use it for it can be reserved for personal Events also. August 17 we enjoyed an Event called The Prom .. Residents wore formal and evening attire..Some were more casual dress . It was an opportunity for us to get together and relax , party , dance and just have fun.. There were raffles and refreshments. There's a court yard to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine or cool breeze .. Residents sit out and a long day. 55 and Older should check the Concord Apartments on Chamberlayne Ave. Awesome Team Manager / Marcy Asst. / Daeja Maintenance / Mr Carson Thank you !

Concord Northside Senior Apts are very nice and quiet quality apartments! Overall the amenities are nice washer dryer in apartments are a plus! Residents are friendly quiet! Apartments are very nice inside Plenty of stores near by Management is very friendly and helpful towards residents!

It Is nice community for seniors. My problem with living here are the roaches. I have complained to management and they say that they are treating my apartment for them. I still have roaches that I did no have when I moved In.

I been here since Nov ,21.

It's nice here. Love the location. Easy to get to local stores. People here seems nice. It's get a lil noisy at time above my head. I no people have guest over an kids. But they should show the neighbors some RESPECT. and to control their guest. their are people that live here that are not well. An the jumping and bumping noise get really bad sometimes. When you trying to rest. I move here to get some quite time to get away from the noise and loud neighbors. But here get out of hand sometimes. I also notice people prop the door open for there guest to come in that's not safe. People arrive to the door and don't notify the residents they are outside and just walk in wen the doors open. that's not safe also. What if a residents didn't want to see these people. I just wish people look out for safety here. It's a nice place. Just want to enjoy the time I have an to be respected by the residents.

It is an excellent community. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. My apartment is very nice and has marble countertops and a walk-in shower which is very useful and the maintenance staff does a great job.

I really enjoy my apartment and the expedited response when I have concerns or maintenance issues. I love the cleanliness of the complex. As far as I know the community is adequate and accessible for all tenants. I have so far enjoyed my stay here. I will love to renew my lease.

Apts and ammennites nice comunitie nice just need our amenities back. Wish we had a security guard 7 pm to 6am all problems would be solved ?? also we had plenty of chairs and benches now only 3benches looks bad was nice when I moved in outside was furnished nice just little things to fix here at Concord??

What this building advertised is not true, had I had known what the population of this building would have been made up of I would have not moved in. I was also under the impression that if a larger unit were to come available that changing units would have been possible.

There is a small group of residents who ruin it for everyone. They sit outside all day and night and are not respectful to the other residents with their loud behavior. If this were to be taken care of it's a good apartment.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Concord. Any Service was taking Care off. I will tell others about the Concord. I love the fact that my Bank is across the Street. There are eating places close by. The transportation services is very regular.

Well since I've resided here it's very nice meeting new tenants and the office and maintenance staff are very professional therefore I would recommend my family and friends to visit or to be interested living here at the Concord Apartments.
