I spoke to the new manager of the Crossings not long ago and I have never met anyone with more attitude. Her name is Shana Ross and she is so rude and unpleasant that it makes me wonder how someone with no people skills ever got the job that she has. I came in to ask a simple question about my lease and all I got was attitude. A gentalman that works in the office heard how she was talking to me and came out to take over the situation from his manager. He was very pleasant and helpful and answered my question in a way that I could understand. It seems that he has been trained in customer service while his manager obviously failed that class. Anyone who rolls her eyes at every question that is asked is NOT the person you want dealing with your questions. <br><br>I have enjoyed my stay here at the Crossings and have always received excellent service from the office staff and the Maintanance staff has always been pleasant, prompt and very efficiant. But I just don't know if I want to renew my lease because of Ms. Shana Ross. The gentalman that I spoke to really saved the day with me and I wish that I had taken his name down as well. But I'm afraid that with all companies who have a change in management, I just don't think I will get the same respect or service that I have received in the past.
