Terrible!!! Been a resident at Chelsea Square Apartments for a year now and I dread it! The apartments are spacious, but very outdated. Things seem to break down very quickly. Maintenance is terrible! If you call the office for Maintenance, and if it is not urgent, then it takes them 1-2 weeks just to get to your complaint/maintenance issue. Sometimes they say they will be back next day or so, and they don't show up at all, and if they do they come after 1 or 2 weeks.
The noise level around the apartment buildings and also in the units are terrible. LOUD music, early in the morning and late at night. Even if you try to call the management office, and complain about the noise complaint, seems that nothing is taken care of the issue.
I would not recommend anyone who wants peace and quite to rent here. IT seems that the apartment just wants the money, and don't care much about the residents.
Office staff never return calls back or even bother to contact the resident for follow up issues, despite many requests to have to contact you.
It is NOT WORTH spending so much money monthly for rent, if the basic needs of the resident is not been looked at properly!!!
The office is NEVER open on time. One always has to wait or make several trips to see if someone is in the office. At many times, even when calling in the office, one never picks up the phone in a timely manner. I feel that there is a lot of discrimination that is being done in this apartment complex,
The management/office is not at all organized or well trained in how to contact residents for emergency shut off of utlities, or if they cannot make it to a resident's scheduled appointment time, for a walk-tru. Nothing is ORGANIZED.
I would rate Chelsea Square Apartments 1 star out of 5.
