Rude staff, their main concern is to nickel and dime their residents instead of providing good quality customer service. Even when their actions cause the issues (resident portal being down). After checking this place out my leasing associate left just days after I signed a lease then no one stepped up to effectively communicate with me. At move-in the staff was very rude and of course they blamed the guy who left for the miscommunication. All they care about is getting all the obnoxious fees and money. The freight elevator was broken for my building so I had to move in from the other building and it was a pain. No one cared in the office, and they're all rude. The concierge was the only courteous person I met. 2 days after moving in I revive a piece of paper informing me the property has been sold to a new company. With my leasing associate leaving and now the building being sold to a new company it looks like things aren't going to get much better. I would explore other options because there are plenty of them in this area for this price range
