He offered me a ride home and instead of taking me straight to my place we made a stop at his apartment. He forced me to smoke a joint with him then after we smoked he kissed me. I made it clear to him that I was only into black guys. Then he forced himself on me. I told him to stop multiple times but he ignored my request. he wouldn't listen. He ended up raping me. I never said anything cus I was scared and ashamed. The past few weeks since its happen he has been stalking me when I work. He sends me multiple texts during the day while we're working asking me to meet him on my brakes in his car. I refuse. Then he will come in multiple times from pushing carts and walk past me staring, trying to conversate with me. Its like he is obsessed with me. He is really starting to freak me out. I just want everyone to be aware because I feel uncomfortable.

It wasn't a good place to live. Constantly roaches in there,they didn't seem to care to fix it. Kids there were bad to be around. Noone watched them. I didn't feel safe and won't live there again

WORST PLACE EVER! ROACHES IN THE WALL MOLD IN APARTMENT . POOL FILTHY. NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS GOT THERE HOUSE BROKEN INTO WHILE ON DEPLOYMENT. AS SOON AS THE 2ND COME THEY PUT NOTICES ON THE DOOR. ------ AREA. DO NOT MOVE TOO. YOU CAN HEAR YOUR UPSTAIR NEIGHBOR AND THERE EVERY MOVE ITS BAD.

Good place to stay if you don't mind living close to NAS Oceana and the beach, pretty far drive from NOB. Lived in a three bedroom with 2 roommates and never had any significant problems. The one thing I wish they would improve on is the parking you do get a designated parking spot, but if you have any visitors they must have a guest pass. And once the parking lot is full if you risk parking on the side street it is a possibility the vehicle would be towed, seen it happen before. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an affordable apartment complex not too distant from things to do.

gangs, drugs, crime & bug infested!

We have lived here for almost 2 yrs. It just gets worse here. Break ins have occurred in more than 1 instance. Tires getting slashed. Neighborhood gang bangers use the laundry rooms as a spot to do drugs in after hours. You can hear gunshots on a nightly basis...in fact someone actually got shot twice IN MY HALLWAY! !! There is a bullet hole in the building. Make sure u lock ur doors, even when ur home...we had crack feinds walk in our apartment. Haven't seen security in a looong while. Management sucks! Apartments r infested with roaches, spiders & ants! The buildings aren't up to fire code...I Can go on forever about this unsafe hell hole! Sooo glad we can finally get outta here. I suggest for any descent human being to look elsewhere. Not just for your safety, but to avod agrivation. Oh!!! If u do decide to reside here. ..watch how ur water bill keeps going up every month. They straight out rob u!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

YES ITS ------... WHEN I 1ST CAME TO LOOK @ THE APARTMENTS WAS DURING THE DAY. NEVER LOOK @ A PLACE IN THE DAYTIME WHILE KIDS ARE IN SCHOOL, COME BACK AROUND 6 IN THE EVENING. PEOPLE FROM ALL AROUND THE ARE HANG OUTSIDE, THE ADULTS ENJOY THE CHILDRENS PLAYGROUND MORE THAN THE KIDS. THE RUGS IN THE APARTMENTS ARE NASTY, MAINTENANCE IS VERY POOR, TERRIBLE CONSTANT DRUG ACTIVITY, ALOT OF GANG ACTIVITY AND GUNS. THE PARKING LOT IS DISABLED BY THE TENANTS BECAUSE OF THE GANG CREW CARS, THE SECURITY IS AFRAID OF THE KIDS SO THEY DONT DO MUCH, POLICE ARE ALWAYS ONA CALL INVOLVING VARIOUS TENANTS. THE POOL THAT IS FILLED WITH A WATERHOSE HAS NO POOL ATTENDANT/LIFEGUARD. MOST APARTMENTS HAVE ROACHES, ANTS AND SPIDERS, MOST OF THE WASHERS AND DRYERS DO NOT WORK... THE CUSTEMER SERVICE IS BAD ALOT OF DRUG ACTION, LOUD PEOPLE, NO AC BUT THEY STILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT, BAD INFESTATION OF BUGS,SECURITY DOES NOT MAKE ROUNDS AS ADVERTISED, THEY DONT ANSWER THE AFTTER HOUR EMERGENCY PHONE, YOU CAN NOT HAVE LOCKS ON YOUR FRONT DOOR THE DOORS ARE VERY OLD ANY ONE CAN BREAK IN OH BUT YOU CAN HAVE A CHAIN

My fiance and I have lived hear for about 3 years. Every month our air conditioner goes out. In fact, the day we moved in the air didn't work. maintenance is slow. The apartments are bug and ant infested. Crime rate is high and the cops are called out to 200 ave se wh every other night. My car tires were slashed my car was broken into and management atthe apartment say they are not liable. In fact tires all through out the apartment community were slashed. hey dont care about their tenants and their maintence crew lies and procrastinate. I would never suggest that anyone move here. After Im done with college Im outta here myself.

NIGHTMARE

horrific. this place is the worst ever. bottom line. emergency maintenance takes usually two days to respond to your call. i have had to call them for three different major incidents and i have only resided here for three months. flooding, fires, crime, mold and roaches. the parking is insufficient. you are only allowed one visitor at a time. the front office is disrespectful and consistently fails to assist residents with all matters. sriously, save yourself the hassle and find a better place. i am cancelling my lease here today.

CONSIDER THE FACTS...

I have lived here almost 4 years and this year has been the worse. It wasn't bad when we first moved in but this past year it is absolutely the worst. We can't use to the pool or the park because of the neighboring complex utilizing our amenities. There is no security. We hear gunshots and call the police, it helps for a couple of days, maybe a week then they start up again. You don't hear or see this on the local news because the apartment is so close to the beach and don't want to scare tourist. They will tow your car at the drop of a hat if you don't have a decal. The maintenance group is slow on repairs and I've taken to cleaning the hall myself on ocassion. My dryer hasn't been working properly in a year and they haven't correct or replaced the problem. My AC was out and water was leaking from the unit, it took them 2 1/2 weeks to come and check it out. They don't exterminate when they say, but will come a week later when you're not prepared. Its a mess. The quality of tenants have gone down too. I use to have GREAT neighbors & management group. They cared about the property just as I do or did. The new tenants don't care and trash the place just the the neighboring complex does. If you have children I suggest finding something else, I don't trust to leave my 5th grader at the bus stop in the morning and its daylight savings time. If you are able to find something in the area the schools are great!!! I can't complain because of the amount of rent I pay, but as they say you get what you pay for. I hate to move but I have no choice, I've had it with the new management group.

Terrible Apartments

I have lived here almost three years and these are the absolute worst apartments I have ever lived in. It wasnt so bad when we first moved in but in the past years Ive had my car keyed tires slashed saw a guy walking around with a rifle and hear gunshots daily. There is no security. You cannot go to the playground or pool because of the dozens of of people coming from a complex next to us tearing things up. If you have children I suggest finding something else but if you are able to find something in the area the schools are great.

I have lived here for 3 years and not had any problems with the staff or crime in my neighborhood. I would suggest anyone old or young to live here and the prices are very reasonable.

We have been here almost a year and it sucks. we can not wait to move. the staff are rude and this area is so bad especially for children. all you hear is cop cars. i hate walking to my car in the dark. you can hear everyone in your building! and the apartment office does NOTHING about it!
