Chase Arbor Apartments

This is not the place to live if you expect maintenance issues to be fixed in a timely matter or at all. Me, my wife, and 2 children moved in June 2005. We had our list of over 20 maintenance items returned to the office within 3 days. It is now September and 4 things were "fixed". Among the things not corrected were; hole in the floor by the kitchen, there was food and dirt under the refrigerator from the last tennant, no screens for the windows so we have to keep the windows closed and the air on, the shower faucets have been temporarily fixed four times in two months. I had to fix them the right way myself. We have ants all over and have asked six times to have the exterminator come out, only to hear that we are on the list. How long is this list and how many other kinds of bug problems are people having. We also found out from a good friend of mine about the person found DEAD in their apartment back in Feb. 2005.
We had an assiged space so parking was o.k.
Being in the Navy, I took advantage of the military clause in the lease and had my command "write up" some orders to get me out of here. I would recommend anyone in the military doing the same to avoid the hassles of this place. I have lived in over a dozen different apartments across the country and this is by far the worst managed and maintained complex. I feel for those of you stuck in your lease. I can only wish it gets better for you because it can't get worse.
