Resident 2010 - 2012

6/19/2013

I really enjoyed my stay here. I probably gave the manager more problems than I actually had with my apartment. I rented the 1 bedroom 1 bath townhome which was very cool. The floor plan design was like a loft. The bedroom & bathroom with a huge walk-in closet upstairs and the living room and kitchen were downstairs. Yes the kitchen is small, but they have upgraded some of the units. You have the options to have washer/dryers in your unit and the have a laundry facility, but its kind of pricey to wash. So if you wash alot, you probably would want to have your own personal machines. This area is safe, but yes there is a fox family that lives in the shrubby bushes that come out every once in a while. There also are insects that get in some sort of way, but I think its because of all the trees and bushes in the areas. Mostly spiders; but catipillars come out in the spring. I took a walk in the area once and walked up on a snake (THIS SCARED THE BEJESUS OUT OF ME!)So after that I was always making sure none were in or by my apartment. This area is very convenient. Its mostly military and working people. Not really noisey at all. It is a very convenient location, so that is mostly what you are paying for...the convenience. In the mornings and evenings traffic can get very hectic, but thats only during rush hour and when there are concerts at the ampitheater which is down the road. I would recommend this location for a single person or single family. Your rent does go up every year so also be prepard for those notices.
