I currently live at Shoreline. I rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath loft apartment. I pay $1,495. I don't recommend living here. It's really not worth the money. Schools in the district are good though. You would figure with paying this amount of money that the appliances would be brand new and updated! The fridge is old. There isn't alot of freezer space at all! The carpet wasn't put down right at all! It doesn't go all the way to the end of where the carpet meets the bathroom floors. There are places where it isn't even tacked down! There are ants! I feel the upkeep on the outside of the buildings isn't up to par. There's nasty green mold on the outside of some of the buildings and I know the staff sees it, but they choose to leave it. It wouldn't take long to pressure wash it off. The loft bedroom vents do not work, so it's extremely hot in the summer time. Their suggestion was to close all the other vents to force air up in the loft. I tried that and it didn't work. I don't feel like that should have to be done even if it would have worked. Something obviously wasn't built right! I will not be renewing my lease!
