I've lived here for 32 months and the only reason I'm leaving now is for a job in Michigan. Location is good, with the shopping center right next to me, and 264 about a mile up the road. Parking hasn't been an issue, only 1 vehicle and it sits in the assigned spot. Grounds are well maintained. Safety, well, I've felt safe enough to go for a run in the early morning between midnight and 4 am and haven't seen anything creepy or suspicious, so pretty dog gone safe. Construction, maintenance and staff I can lump all in one and say they're on point. Had "major" problem, when the sprinkler head began slowly leaking in the bathroom, and it was corrected by the next day.(Would have been sooner I think, but they had to have the sprinkler company come out and fix it.) As for noise, living on the first floor in any apartment, you'll always be able to hear people above you, and so it is the same here. The biggest complaint I've had is the emergency vehicles passing the area on holland road pretty much every night. Overall, it's been a terrific place to live and I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for a decent place to live.
