First impression of the apartment they showed me was pretty nice but of course the one I actually got wasn t nearly the quality I was shown. The apartments are old and poorly put together which I got over that but it was when I had bug problems the entire time I was living there that I got fed up. I was on the first floor so that I m sure played a large role in it. Then the toilet backed up and flooded the floor probably 5 times I d say. But to top it all off when I moved out I was charged for a bleach stain that was there when I moved in and I noted on the discrepancy list but since I put "stain" instead of "bleach stain" I was charged. The people working there aren t bad and any issues I had, were resolved reasonably quick so that was nice. My only complaint about them was if you change information with then for instance my new address or the date of the move out inspection it won t get done. All in all I d say save your money. Keep looking but if you have to move in don t live on the first floor, be VERY descriptive of what discrepancy s you find in your move in and take pictures because they will try and get every dime out of your deposit and check back to make sure if you changed information that it gets updated. Individual experiences may vary and if you do choose these apartments I hope your experience was a lot better than mine.
