The experience has been well and now with the new staff it is more enjoyable to communicate with. I enjoy the remodeling to look more modern and competitive for the rate we pay. I hope the outside of the apartment building will be updated soon as well.

    We love living here, the access to Town Center is great. The staff is great and very responsive. Shana and Lexi are awesome to work with when there are issues. The Valet trash situation is garbage though, sometimes they come, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they come but do not pick up your trash. They come late at night and your trash has to sit outside for 4+ hours. We were fined 25$ because one of the bags fell on the ground. Not much I can do other than sit in the hall and watch the trash until they come. They are rude, unprofessional and it is a crime that we are forced to pay for their service. I would rather just take the trash out myself. They are quick to fine us if we don't follow the rules but where is the refund when they don't provide the service we are forced to pay for. When they do not show up and I have to pay for a service and take out the trash. Their service is garbage so I guess it is fitting they are a garbage company.

      The Cosmopolitan works for me and my daugter. She is planning her next big move and I travel a great deal. The Cosmo is safe, convenient, simple living. We have both enjoyed easy access to Wegman's, Yardhouse, Keaghan's Zushi, Target and Cold Press. Really the ABC store but it sounds terrible to say that. The Cosmo pool, workout room and garage parking add to the convenience. We have had a few challenges with water damage but the staff has been professional and pro-active to get things remedied. I could do without the trash service fee but that's a pet peeve. We just dont use the service.

        Generally ok .. have had maintenance issues but they have been addressed ?. Do think rent a bit high for Cosmo .. an old building .. .. probably will remain but perhaps in less expensive dwelling .. repairs ongoing. Now package room ,Luxor , broken yet again

          Love living here but the upkeep of hall's painting and holes in wall due to moving and upkeep of elevator lobby floor and accessories is very poor. Carpets are not vacuumed often and rarely deep cleaned.

              The Apartment is Dirty

              I've been residing at The Cosmopolitan for over seven months now, and I must say it's been the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The building has a persistent roach problem. While management does address the issue when reported, the roaches continue to plague the premises. I've resorted to taking pictures of the roaches to provide evidence. Privacy is virtually nonexistent here due to frequent maintenance visits to your apartment. The high turnover of staff is also a significant issue, and housekeeping services are subpar. The elevator renovation has been ongoing for three months, and it's still not completed. When you step into the elevator, it's advisable to wear a face mask due to the overpowering smell. Speaking of housekeeping, the majority of residents, including myself, have had issues with it. To put it simply, the place is dirty. I strongly discourage anyone from considering this apartment complex. I recommend exploring other options in the area instead.

                      I was attracted to the appearance and location of the Cosmopolitan Apartments about seven years ago. When I first moved here, it was like being on vacation everyday. We had many for reasons to love living here then like monthly newsletters of Town Center performances, night guards, more acitivities, gifts each month, complimentary food on Fridays, wine tasting, excellent maintenance service, prizes, group visitations to Town Center businesses, less expensive apartment rentals and clubhouse usage, the rent and other features and services costs weren't increased ridiculously, the employees were exceptional, etc. Please bring back those wonderful reasons why living at the Cosmopolitan was extraordinary.

                        I have never been in a worse run apartment than this one. The elevators are dirty and falling apart and yet they keep telling us they are renovating it then for the past 6 months at least. The package delivery is atrocious as their system has been broken for the past 2 weeks and they don't seem to be able to fix it. They keep notifying us they need to enter our apartment to fix this or that and every time they enter, they leave footprints.

                                Location is perfect. The maintenance staff is very efficient with apartment repairs. And staff is very friendly. However, there is frequent marijuana/smoke smell everywhere, Urine in the elevators and the common areas are an issue for both cleanliness and repair.                                   I love the location and staff. The inside of my apartment is beautiful. The community itself can use better cleaners especially in the hallways. The 6th floor elevator lobby is always dirty. I know they have a lot of projects planned however. The elevators need to be fixed and updated. Dogtopia downstairs makes the lobby and garage smell like dog urine. Overall I love my apartment however just waiting for better cleaners and updates to be made.

                                    The community is okay, the pool could use a little work of its looks, but the main issue is the lack of accountability for HUMAN pee as well as DOG urine all over the thousand year old elevators that absolutely absorb any odors known to man. They smell and look terrible. The other weird thing was painting the walls grey/white but then having the ---- brown color for carpet. Also hate that people smoke right outside the doors to get into the apartments because then when leaving for work sometimes it stinks. Free country though. Elevators need work. Cameras need installed. Carpet changed. Pool spicing up for looks

                                        Amenties do not match the price. Cable never works in community center. Gym equipment is very very minimal. Deck needs umbrellas and nicer furniture. Pool needs to be kept cleaner throughout the day. If you don't go first thing in the morning, it's full of hair & debris. Ventilation is bad! There is dust all over my apartment every day even after thorough cleaning. Hallway carpet needs to be removed due to dogs being allowed in the building?it smells badly!

                                          All in all my experience has been positive. Most of the residents and staff are very friendly. The location is perfect and there's lots to do around Town Center. Some of the negatives would be the noise from neighbors like dogs barking for a long amount of time, sometimes in the late evening, people talking too loud in the hallway late in the evening. Also not cleaning up after their pets if they have an accident in the elevator or hallways. Having kids run unsupervised in the fitness center and playing around with the equipment.

                                            A bit overhyped. This building lacks the luxury amenity's that others of this price have. The spaces they do have are lackluster and no matter how clean they are they always look dirty. The loading dock that you have to walk through to get to the package room always smells gross and is constantly packed because of Dogtopia. You hear all the noises of town center, including late night drunkenness, constant fire trucks and routine protestors. There have been many building wide fire alarms that go unaddressed including the building being put on watch by the fire marshal and it seems that management would rather pretend nothing happened that face issues transparently. The interior layouts also make no sense. Overall I feel safe, but it's truly not worth the cost just to have overpriced gentrified tacos across the street.
