Aesthetically, Windsong apartments are beautiful. They have the beach vibe with the white paint, light colored plank flooring, light gray paint. They look gorgeous. However, after living here for a few short months, they are not functional. The walls are a matte finish so every little touch or spill leaves a stain forever, the shelving in the closets (unless corrected after build) will fall on you in the middle of the night leaving all of your items left on the floor, no storage space in bedrooms or kitchen. In fact, one of your hall closets will be taken up by a water heater and locked. The doors are all off center leaving large gaps, squeaky noises, or they block the toilet in the bathroom. The closet door in the spare has to be removed because it's not functional. Appliances are super cheap and they will not dry your dishes or work very well. No pool, dog run, or grills throughout as the website mentions due to construction. Office says you're looking at AT LEAST 1 year before any of that will be available. So you're paying nearly $1700/mo for living next to the beach I guess. The construction noise will literally shake your apartment home all day long and the workers will block you from getting into the complex and even park in your own parking spot. Also, if it rains heavily, there is ZERO drainage so you'll be up to your ankles in water. Have fun getting out of your car! I do not recommend.

    Not a super happy experience. Lack of organization, communication and customer care is all I have experienced in my short 1 week at this property. I have been renting for over 20 years and NEVER seen a complex run so poorly. It is clear that customer needs do not come before the needs of "Bonaventure" and that is not a recipe for loyalty from your customers.
