I love the woodsy view from my living room. The complex is very quiet. No one really interacts with other residents. I go to work and come home. There has only been one community event in the year and a half I have lived here.

    I love my apartment, just wish they would fix my patio door. Been leaking for 6 months. Even after being replaced. The company they use for repairs is just not knowledgeable on how to fix it and keep making random excuses for the issue.

      Love the apartment. There are zero community activities and virtually zero communication from the office staff here unless there is an issue. The new property manager has yet to introduce herself via email or notices to each unit. With the several issues I have had I surely hope they are not planning a rent hike. That I will protest. They also need to offer senior, military and veteran discounts. That is only the right thing to do. Most apartment complexes recognize these statuses and offer discounts to help.

        So far it has been OK. Slow getting things done on emergencies when we did not have a correct contact number. So now to get your 200 word minimum I will say that is just stupid. So I will blah blah blah blah until I reach that number.

          Love my apartment. Wish the things that need to be fixed since Ross took over would get done. The new property manager has never introhefself email or notices on our doors. It would be great to have had some sort of communication from Ross or her. And why the heck do you have a minimum number of words required on this survey That is just stupid. I could have said what I needed to say in lot less and not wasted my time.

            Love my apartment. But there is absolutely no community events where you can meet your neighbors. Neighbors do not put trash in the dumpsters, they leave it in the fenced in area and the squirrels and other animals make a mess of it.

              You had 2021 twice and no 2022. I moved in in Nov 2022. I work and come home. There is no activity within the community to meet other people. Why do I have to have 200 characters. So I guess I will ramble on with nothing more to say.

                Quiet with very little interaction of other renters. Why do I need to add more words just to please your survey question. That is just dumb. My one Senia all I needed to say so now I will just ramble on to satisfy your word requirement.
