I think that last post has to be a joke. I work very closely with the office staff and if you want something done, see Jeanna first, if she can't handle it, then she gets upper management and its done. I moved in when they first opened, and will stay here as long as I can. Every resident function I have been to has been a blast, its always catered with amazing food, theres usually a DJ, and giveaways, I am shocked that anyone would complain about a free service that they really go out of their way for and that should never been expected, they do it as a courtesy. Seriously???? they just gave away a car! I love the area, I love the product, I love the amenities, I love the new guarded gate feature. It seems woodbridge wasn't ready for such high quality, and it also seems as though the people who make a little bit of money think that everything is supposed to be perfect and people should kiss the ground they walk on. Good luck finding another property, in woodbridge with this level of security, high end finishes, staff that goes way above and beyond, and in a gated community the key is to pay your rent on time, maintain the luxury living standards, and work closely with the staff if you have issues, if you can't do that, you probably shouldn't be here. Im sure this is something they don't hear much THANK YOU ENCLAVE!!!
