I have been living here for a almost year now and cannot wait for the lease to be up. One of the reasons I moved in was because the lady who showed me around assured me noise was not a problem, "concrete walls". Definetly not! One of the wrost things of all is the NOISE!! Coming from everywhere. It's like paper tissue was used to build the place. I can hear when resident next door yawns, when their clock alarm goes off, and when he/she sings as they get ready for work! Seriously! And the resident(s) above me have no consideration for other residents! She vacuums, does laundry between midnight and 6 am. I can hear every cycle from the washing machine. They walk as if the wear 50lbs weights for shoes. The TV, I can hear every word from whatever they are watching. Dropping objects, several times in the middle of the night. Not to mention it always sounds like they are building furniture, all the banging, you can hear people's intimate moments... NO PRIVACY. Kids and adults running around screming in the halls, sometimes without shoes. You can hear when anyone is walking by your apartment, both inside (halls) and outside the complex. You can hear people's conversations... It's just mind blowing how you can hear everything. I can't stress that enough. I could go on and on but hopefully my point was made. I've almost been hit in and out of the garage because people act like they are on 95, with their speeding! The trash room is too far... and people leave their trash bags out, trash bags not closed, so trash gets all over the place. And yes it's a smoke free community but people smoke. Just the other day I saw a man standing out on the balcony (3rd floor) smoking and turned around soon as he saw me. And pets do do their business in the halls. Pet ownsers, I've seen several not pick up after their pet. And there is a weight limit for dogs, but I've seen dogs that I know are way over the weight limit! It's definetly over priced. People paying hundreds less than me for the same apartment. Totally not right! Don't move there!! And yes, I've seen that creepy light skinned guy that walks around... But he is not the only creepy person that walks around. There is a creepy lady that looks like she could be homeless that walks around with dirty clothes and no shoes. And I've seen her and the creepy guy hanging out in the halls together. People that don't even live there just wait around in the garage for someone to come by and open the garage so they can drive in and park their cars there. This happens all the time! Can't wait to move!! People who love living here must have hearing problems or must not have any neighbors.
