I have lived here for 5 years and the staff is very helpful and prompt.
I sent an email to the office at 5pm on a Friday about our refrigerator expecting it would not be received until Monday. Our super amazing Apartment manager Kelly Timney emailed me back and said Logan was on his way. He has been to our… See More >Ninjamom83

I've seen worse
I have been here for 5 years and never had a problem with the staff or parking. However, my upstairs neighbor has the mentality of a 5th grader. Maybe they should administer personality tests as part of their screening process? Just a thought...… See More >anonymous

Do not move here!!!!
Twin Ponds is a horrible place to live. I do not really have a problem with the noise or the children but with the management. I haven't lived here for that long and already want to move out! I've heard stories from other renters here… See More >anonymous

Lord of the Flies
1] Kids screaming, fighting, destroying property ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. 2] Parking in a dark lot frequented by thieves. 3] Animal feces EVERYWHERE. 4] Higher costs than competing properties. 5] Apathetic, belligerent and morbidly obese management. Those are the 5 best things about living in… See More >anonymous

Not Worth the Price
These apartments are considered "low income housing". A two bedroom starting out at $885 a month is hardly low income. If you have any other kind of bills or utilities per month you'll be well over the $1000 mark. There are tons of kids, loud… See More >anonymous

BS
The rent is ridiculous for the fact it goes up every time you sign a new lease. And now they charge $25 rent per pet(cats, or dogs) The equipment is cheap(washers dryers ect.) Kids constantly screaming, and parents do nothing.… See More >anonymous

I have lived in Twin Ponds for about 8 months and doing everything to get out of my lease! The place has garbage piled up so rats have found a new home. The parking lot has no lights so it is a breeding ground for… See More >Timbers by Vintage
