Nice community. Considering the area we live in off of 288th. Beware at the traffic light at 34th Ave S coming into and leaving the property its a very dangerous intersection, alot of accidents have happened over the years.

The office and maintenance are very responsive. I had a broken water heater that was replaced immediately on a weekend. I would love to see the stairs pressure washed and cleaned up more often, but other than that, O have had a great experience here.
