Inexpensive and a nice place to live.
I looked at a lot of apartments in the area before renting this one. Many of them were in newer buildings, but none were in as nice a setting and few were cheaper.

The best thing about this complex is the setting. It's right next to a bend in the Green River, in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's easy access to a park and hiking trail nearby. The complex is convenient to the Valley Freeway and SR-18.

The buildings are older but have been kept up, and the apartments have more recent appliances. Still, you do notice evidence of older building standards, like single-pane windows, and the lights dimming when you turn on a hair dryer.

I have no noise complaints.

Parking is somewhat limited -- there's only one assigned space per apartment. My roommate and I each have a car, but I haven't really had problems finding an unassigned space near my apartment to park in. There's not much guest parking, but there is lots of on-street parking on 22nd St., just outside the complex.Share This Review
