These apartments are large and affortable but the management and some of the inhabitants are the worse.

Christy is a lazy, unfriendly, lousy, inexperienced community manager. Ray is the same except he thinks his suits makes him management material. I am yet to see Elsa.

The entire management staff lacks people skills, residential management training, and emotional intelligence.

I know that they have no knowledge of Regulation Codes of Washington (RCW's).
Just as the Tenant has a responsibility to the Landlord so does the landlord to the Tenant.

There is one maitenance worker to cover the entire complex. They keep changing community managers and promising more maitenance workers. We are still waiting.

The water is rusty and there's no curb appeal. The planters is front of the buildings are filled with dead plants. The elevators are dirty and noisy. They won't even wash down the area where the garbage bins are located.

You ask a question they say we have to check with Elsa and they never get back to you. They say no pets allowed but you see dogs living on the premises.

I blame Allied for hiring inexperienced people to manage these buildings.

The type of managers that Allied is sending here tells you alot about the company itself.

Tenants are paying and they need to start reading about their rights. Tenants need to be informed so that they can challenge these so called community managers and their companies. This will let the owner's think twice before hiring a management company.

The tenants here however have no consideration for their neighbours that is living underneath them at all. They have their kids run and wrestle right over your head. I believe there are a lot of section 8 people up in here. They yell from their balconies and the children plays right in the driveway. This is dangerous and the management says nothing.

Parking is terrible. Their is not enough parking for the tenants.

I am in a house now and loving it. No more bad managers for me.
