Resident 2011

6/19/2011

I lived here for just shy of two years. They took care of any problems right away and Juanita the office manager was GREAT! But you have to pay for a parking spot or risk not getting one even remotely close to your place if you come home after 4:15 or on the weekends and even then people often park in your paid for spot!! The rent was good when I moved in and after the first lease they only increased it $50 but when my lease was up again they wanted another $300 and wouldn't come down, even though the apartments they were advertising online were for less than what they wanted me to pay. I cleaned and cleaned for over 10 hours, left the walls in great shape and they still took another $160 out of my deposit for "cleaning" - plus the additional $200 for carpet (that they tell you about so no big deal there). Some of the other renters let their pets poop all over, don't leash their dogs and let their kids run rampant through the complex. They say the W/S/G is $60 a month but it's $60-120 and PSE is high too for apartments, only under $100 in the summer months. This wasn't the worse the place to live but not the best either. If you can put up with the parking and the extras they don't tell you about then you'll be fine. Proceed with caution!
