Resident 2013 - 2014

1/9/2015

Lived here for a year, would never move back. The rent is too much for the outdated apartments. Rent does not include anything else, you pay for garbage, water, sewer and electric. It's in the suburbs, but they charge for parking. There is some free parking, but if you arrive home after 6 pm, you will not get a parking space. It's very corporate and you are charged for EVERYTHING. If something is broken, they will rig whatever they can to fix it, without really fixing it. Management is very unhelpful when it comes to noise or enforcing rules. There was a butane gas drug related explosion in January 2013, which made the news. Due to the explosion, I had to move out of my apartment for 11 days, and was not reimbursed for anything by Inglenook. Because of the explosion, I had to move into another apartment, and they refused to pay for movers. Considering how many "inspections" management does to the apartments, there is no way they didn't know there was a marijuana grow operation above me. There is a very small pool and a very small fitness room with 3 machines. Dog poop everywhere.
