BE ADVISED It seems to be the standard practice at "The Laurels" to have a great move in price, then after your lease is up they raise your rent. My rent was raised from the move in specail: 1 bedroom "$650 to $866 after my 1year lease was up. There is no way any one can afford a jump like that. It dosen't make sense to force tennants to move every 1- 2 years, especially when they have been "great Tennants" who pay on time. Also The Laurels" does not include W/S/G. Instead, they take the cost of each building, then divide the bill up among each apartment in that building, So, if you are single person you end up helping others pay there water bill "UNFAIR" The parking here is unsigned and a nightmare to find a spot if you work evenings.
