The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Thanks for your review Aruni. I just wanted to let you know we took away the codes for the intercom for your safety because we had some very shady Amazon Flex delivery people showing up here to deliver packages that had codes so they could come here whenever they felt like it and they were coming here in unmarked cars and did not even have badges or any identification. You can request they call you on the intercom to so you can let them into the building when they arrive with your package. The new maintenance man actually really cares about the property and the residents here. I am always available to talk if you have an issue you would like to personally discuss with me in the office. I do not manage North Creek Bonaventure so if you have a issue with their machines you can address your concerns to them. I also do not have any say in what time the garbage man comes to pick up the garbage unfortunately. We are a small community so I am not quite sure what you mean by crowded. Please feel free to reach out to me about your concerns.

Most people find it a luxury community and we do wish all residents a positive experience here but do realize not everyone has the same experience. We agree with you that this is a great community and we appreciate your review. We also wanted to address the wear and tear that happens over time so we painted all the hallways and the trim on the baseboards throughout. We also hired Security and installed more cameras and have not had any issues since.
