The rent prices reflect the extra amenities provided.(pool/hot tub, mini golf,yoga/gym,etc) but With covid happening and all of the amenities closed, the cost has not reflected that. We no longer have access to anything other that a dog was room. Great for those with pets but not helpful for the rest of us. Personally I feel rent should drop down until access is allowed again.
