I love this complex and would recommend it to almost anyone. What I love best, is it really feels like home. The staff know almost everyone by name, are friendly and helpful. The management at Pacific Park has made living on my own feel more secure then I imagined, just by making the entire experience personal and comfortable.
They have older, supper cheap units, as well as remolded newer units, that are still affordable. I have lived at this complex 3 different times over the course of 5 years, and have never had a bad experience. Only left for school purposed.
The maintenance guy, Paul, has been there the duration of that time, and knows the place in and out. Work orders and questions are always answered and responded to promptly and efficiently. Although the managers have changed, improvements have came with each one. The property its self could use a little work, but it is my understanding that is in the works.
The current property manager Megan is fantastic. Very caring and understanding. The customer service aspect is left out in many apartment complex, but not this one. Weather you are a college student, starting a family, younger or older, you will find everything you need at this place.
They have secured buildings, ample parking, amazing staff, it is located close to I-5 and multiple shopping centers. Another awesome thing, I NEVER hear my neighbors. Nothing drives me more crazy then listening to unwanted noise. One of the only down falls I can point out, is they haven't installed in unit washer and driers. YET. (The new manager is working on changing that.) For now there are just laundry rooms in each building, but I have never had a problem with that.
