Me and my boyfriend are coming up on the end of our 1 year lease and I just have to say, Living at Park 212 has been wonderful. I'm super sad to have to say goodbye to our little home and the only reason we are moving is because we want to be a little closer to the city. When we first moved in the apartment was spotless and they even sent in a carpet guy when they realized part of the carpet was pulled up by the door when we did the walkthrough. When we've needed management (which wasn't often) they've always been available during their hours. Our apartment is towards the back facing outwards, so the noise level is very low and during summer/spring there are actually a bunch of birds that hang out back there that like to chirp and fly around. It's pretty nice. We moved here from MN so we had to arrange everything over the phone and through emails and they were absolutely wonderful with everything and even let us move in a day early because we got here sooner than planned. Obviously there's alot of anxiety when arranging to move in to a place that you've only seen pictures online since alot of places aren't true to what they show in their ads, but it was exactly what we were expecting, if not better. Rent is super affordable and most of the neighbors are really nice. We've only had one issue with one neighbor banging but once we confronted them it hasn't been an issue. Great location. Top foods just a couple blocks away, then just up the block you have burger king, 7-11, and dairy queen. I've never had any issues with crime and never feel uncomfortable walking from my car or taking my dog out in the middle of the night by myself. Everyone in the office has always been so nice to the both of us and always offer my dog treats. They'll receive and hold packages up to 3 days. Which is super nice since neither of us are usually home during the day so I know my package isn't just sitting out for anyone to take. We're really going to miss this complex and hopefully some good people will be taking over our unit.
