Friends (2 adults and 2 kids under 10) of mine got evicted from Summit Village over a months rent. The manager even refused to take part-payment. The parents ended up in a shelter and their kids ended up taken away by CPS. All of this was due to the manager of the apartments. They have their kids back now but the heartless way it was handled was disgusting. Complaints to people did nothing as they are all in it together. From what I can gather, it is either kiss the butt of the manager and never be a day late on the rent or you are on the street. I don't know how the manager can sleep at night knowing what she did. I was going to try and move in there myself but this horror story turned me off forever. Also the rents are way over-priced. The washing machines and dryers only half work at best and are awfully expensive. There is no or little lighting so the carpark is a known drug-dealing location.
