Club Palisades-Not Professional Management

Club Palisades, new management of the Waterstone Apartment. New color, same old stories. If you are looking to live in worries and dissapointment, sign a lease, because you'll need to pay additional $800 from other B.S. to break the contract. <br>OK, the office looks great. The interior design did a great job designing the room and other cosmetic appearances. The management, on the other hand, sucks. I'm sorry to say this but they are not professional. My car got STOLEN from the parking lot in front of our apartment. We called and left a message in the office and no one reply the call. Then, we went there and tell the story to one of the officers, girl#1, who sits in front of camera surveillance. Yeah, they have cameras but to protect their office only. Not in front of the gate or somewhere in better place like the parking lot for any suspicious activities . She just listen to our complaints and looks like it is very common in this property. She's just asked me what is your car and color without even writing it on a piece of paper. Instead, she said that a car can be stolen from sea-tac mall, etc. Yes, she's right, a car can get stolen from anywhere. She became very defensife and said, "I know that you are looking for something or somebody to balme on now." What I asked was improvement in security in the property. I'm not asking to have her telling how nice her car is and other B.S. She doesn't have to tell me that I am a poor guy who just lost an ugly old car where she doesn't have any problems in her new fancy car with great security system. I am just asking that she takes this report seriously, with a professional manner. Write it down somewhere, make a report to her boss, and make security improvements!<br>Here's other things that I want to share with you, since you already made this far to read my review. First, when we signed the lease we were suppose to get a DVD player. But not until last month, we had to go, ASK, and pick it up. No notification. Secondly, The "sales agent" told us that she will call us to tell the code for the gate within 2 weeks after we moved in. Her excuse now: some kids broke the gate and is under repairing process. The gate never closed, and as the girl#1 mentioned "This is not a safe community that requires a gate." Third, the management told us that the public facilities like laundry and gym can be used until 10pm two weeks after we moved in. We went in one night becasue the door was unlock.Then, the cleaning guys was so upset and thought that I was a thieft. I told him the door was unlock and it must be his fault to have it unlock and made this happen. Instead, he became very defensive and aggressive. Fourth, our room is falling apart now. From laundry doors, that need to be fixed two times to leaks in bathroom. It is an old building so no matter they work on painting a warm color and put cheap-good-looking stuffs, it just a cosmetic thing for a first impression. Lastly, noise. We can hear every single step our neighbor steps around the room.
