This complex is "middle-class fancy." It's dressed up and painted to look like a luxury complex, but in reality the nicest part of the units is the countertops and everything else is from Ikea. An 1,100 square foot unit is really a 700 foot unit with 400 square feet of hallway. It's also basically a dog park. Grass everywhere is burned brown by the piss and poop of dog owners that don't care. There is frequently dog feces on the sidewalk and in the gardens. The landscape is poorly maintained and there are weeds (some three feet tall) everywhere. Paint is peeling from patio railings and many patios and green with moss. It's clear that the property management team does not perform site inspections or oversee their vendors. Amenities have been closed for three months and residents have received no compensation of any kind. The company invites food trucks to the complex, but you're on your own for payment. There is ZERO guest parking and the management charges money for guest passes for guests to not have a place to park. Good luck getting a spot remotely near your unit if you try to park after 8pm. The complex backs right up to the freeway so it is loud at all times even in the middle of the night. Find somewhere else to spend your money. This isn't worth it.
