If you have kids or expect quality housing, don't stay here. Pros: it's close to town and in a great school district (but there are other places to stay in issaquah) Cons: management is unprofessional; the apartments are outdated (I have a cracked window, poor paint, scrapes on the walls, and all appliances are old/sometimes work); the plumbing is horrible (the showers don't drain, the garbage disposal does not work, and the sinks backup); the recreational areas are not maintained (I was told by an employee in the office that it is because nobody uses them, although when I told the property manager what was said, she denies that anyone would say that); management feels that they can approach young children with their grievances instead of personally contacting the parents (apparently a note was taped to our door but I have not seen it); it is against property rules to ride bikes/skate boards/ scooters/ etc on the property; and children are not allowed to play outside (the poorly maintained recreational areas are too far away to be able to see from the apartments) In short: if you are sedentary and have sedentary children who never go outside and want to sit inside playing video games all day...or if you want to settle for a place you have to leave in order to enjoy issaquah and don't mind old run down spaces...then this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places to choose from.
