My husband and I have lived at Langara for 2 years now and are moving due to a job transfer. We have enjoyed our time here. We have had very few maintenance issues throughout our stay but all were addressed promptly. The staff is great--they greet us when we see them on the property and know us by name when we stop into the office to say hello or pick up a package that they are holding for us. We are always given proper notice when maintenance will enter our apartment and it is always for a very short time when changing filters or doing the annual inspections. We appreciate the 'quite time' hours that is a part of this community/lease. The rent in the area is going up due to population increase in the Issaquah area. Limited closet space, spotty cell phone reception on rainy days and parking can be a bit tight on weekends or holidays but the apartment layouts are open with plenty of kitchen counter space and we have 1 covered parking spot assigned to us. The street to turn into our apartments can have heavy traffic in the morning and early afternoon hours but if you are turning right, you can usually get onto the street without too much difficulty. We like that it is close to shopping and eating in the Highlands and downtown Issaquah is just down the hill. We have no issues with plumbing, mildew or pests inside the apartment. There was an issue with rodents around the grounds but has been addressed due to an escalation process with the city to allow other means that just traps to be put outside around the dumpster area (city restrictions). Love that the washer and dryer is provided in our unit for our convenience. Overall one of the best apartments we have lived.
