Clearwater Bay Apartments

My Grandmother is 88 years old and has lived there (quite happily) for going on 10 years now. She has had a couple minor accidents recently that have led her to the decision that she would feel much better in an elderly residential facility with a nurse no more than 3 min away. She is widowed and on a fixed income. She asked the manager if she could be released from her lease early, and he said yes, for 1,000$. My mother called on her behalf and got more of the same. "The law says blah blah blah..." I think its disgusting to treat someone THAT old, who has been there THAT long, in THAT manner. ESPECIALLY considering how easy it is to fill apartments in Kennewick's economy today. Poor manners, poor class Clearwater Bay.
