These apartments are the most beautiful apartments in town, I think. The ponds are peaceful and beautiful when clean, the complex is quiet and the layout is very nice. The 2x2 are huge and the balconies have lots of space. You won't find a better complex location-wise (if you're not a fan of city traffic, try to get a building further from the sreet). The fireplaces are useable and the maintenance is awesome. The managers are very good about notifying you of upcoming events or inconveniences. The only downsides are the older building bathroom showers are out of date and the apartment doesn't pay for any utilities, but bills you directly. That and your car WILL get broken into if you leave valuables. There are constantly homeless people going through the dumpsters and lots of car traffic. I wish I could stay, but I am needing to move due to miscommunication on our and the managements part (unauthorized pets that were mentioned on the application but not the lease... oops.. :( ) so we will miss this place greatly. It is a wonderful community and if you love animal life nature, you should definitely stay here. Definitely my favorite apartment complex in the tri cities despite unfortunate events.
